Don't know if you all heard about this or not, but on Sunday Phil Gaughan passed away here in Philadelphia.
He was heavily involved with NICET and ASCET, and he personally set up a lot of the ASCET chapters here on the east coast. He was always at local and regional meetings and was also heavily involved with the Philadelphia-Delaware Valley Chapter of SFPE. I'm glad I got to know him well with my involvement with ASCET and SFPE, and he will be sorely missed by a lot of people in the industry. His obituary is here: http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/philly/obituary.aspx?n=philip-l-gaughan&pid=176531596&fhid=22988 Rest in Peace Phil.
