I need some others opinions on what an "expanded" plastic is. I have always
been under the impression expanded plastics refer to materials like
Styrofoam where the plastic has many small cavities...I have a 3rd party
plan reviewer telling me that plastic water bottles and water bottle lids
are considered expanded plastics. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You
