Could you describe the containers, better, please?

If the containers are like shown here, then there are a couple of follow
ons.

1. what is in the containers?
2. if general public is using the PODS, what is to guarantee there are no
flammable/combustible  liquids in quantaties over excempt amount?  Yes, the
metal containers will reduce the size of fire, but liability still is
possibility if you agree to protect these as Class II or Class III, and
what you really have is a H-3 occupancy?

I would get an agreement from who is storing items in the PODS that there
contents are no worse than ___ X, where you decide what 'x' is based on
your design bid and fire protection / sprinkler coverage.

A real possibility for unseen commodity to escalate fire beyond what was
imagined.
