We shouldn't even be messing with water supplies as layout techs. That's 
engineering. We can, and do, do really well on most places. And we tend to get 
it right with the sprinklers (our specific specialty and job) on even the most 
sophisticated of sprinkler systems, but we are not responsible for the fire 
flows to the property (except for our limited purposes) and shouldn't be.
