I'll second the recommendation for Rayven's ReproFilm, back when I did mylars
that's what we used.

Try Rayven.com for the manufacturer.

Subject: Sticky Back

Anyone remember Sticky Back (adhesive backed clear or frosted plastic sheets
that could run through a laser printer) I can't remember the actual name or
who made them. Anyone know where to get them. I haven't used them in 25
years but have a need for some now. I looked at the Avery and Denison web
sites to no avail.
