I am pretty sure they are 'Special Response'. I know I recently posted the BB Heads were previously listed QR-EC and only the deflectors were changed-- but that's what I read in the U.L. test report. I have also heard they fall under 'special response'. Google 'NORBULB RTI' for more detailed info than 13 gives.
