maybe Wet Pipe Nitrogen Inerting (WPNI) ?could solve the problem.

The Frat house has a CO2 system fed from the domestic water that is intended
for making soda water for drinks. The system happens to also back feed into the
domestic water which happens to also supply the sprinkler system. The CO2
introduced into the system is driving the water PH down. This is not noticed in
the domestic side because the water in that system is constantly consumed.
