Subject: RE: Inspections Observations Disclaimer

Hey John,

You may want to discuss this with your insurance broker / carrier since any
disclaimer will be protecting them as much as you.

(do I recall your name from a previous life at Tristar in Michigan?) .

Cheers

Subject: Inspections Observations Disclaimer

There are two schools of thought on this topic. Some companies, as a matter of
policy, do not make ANY observations outside of NFPA 25. Some do. Does your
company make observations outside of the scope of NFPA 25 during inspections?

I like to sell myself as someone who provides information to my clients. So I
would prefer to share any observations. However I recognize that your
inspection paperwork should probably have a legal disclaimer in regards to
these observations. Agree or disagree?

Can you share the verbiage you use on your disclaimer?
