Hey Brian!  I hope all is well!

If it is in the Marriott family, be sure to get a copy of Marriott Module 14.  
They have specific requirements above and beyond NFPA.  Mostly it has to do 
with the standpipes.  Also, I have run into local amendments that effected 
design specifically related to Hotels.  If you aren't already familiar with 
what your local AHJ requires for them, might be a good idea to ask.
