Hi Group, I have an eight story open parking garage proposed(S-2) next to a eleven story R-2. Connected by a lobby pedestrian walk-way. Am I correct that this garage will only need class one standpipes? I've check the high-rise code IBC,IFC, NFPA 88A, NFPA 101 and local adopted codes. Am I missing anything?
