Doug: We use a Pacific Hydrostar (Item #65836) 25 GPM/60 PSI Transfer Pump. It has an 800 Watt motor that we still have yet to wear out. I think we bought it at Harbor Freight for $125. It did not do a very good job anyway. I would barley pump to the attic in a 1 story building.
