Tyco LF-II, 6.9K, TY4234 or Victaulic 6.9K V3426.   That'll choke it down about 
as far as you can go without bushings.    Viking's got a 7.4, RASCO has 7.6.

Does anyone make res heads with 3/4 npt?
If so just replace the heads and let it overflow!
The Standards only spell out minimums.
