I have a customer who is a chain medical facility. There is an association that is requiring them to produce as-built drawings for the sprinkler and alarm systems as well as associated calculations and acceptance test certificates. Now, here's the situation. All of the facilities are located in multi-tenant buildings (16 tenants or more) in 20 to 30 year buildings. I propose doing as-builts and calls for the facility's suite only. Would love to hear some opinions...
