If you are only providing enough tank for 150ish gpm, then a 250gpm pump would probably do the trick.
As far as the slope goes....just be sure you explain what you are suggesting (and be sure they understand). Off the top of my head I come up with a 5000-gallon tank just based off of a light hazard remote area flowing (8) heads for (30) minutes, no hose.
