FM has design criteria for this scenario, see data sheet 8-9 Table #9 you start with the roof height so if you need 30' of storage then most likely you have as a minimum a 35' roof height. This table shows K25 ESFR 12@60 that is in fact your only option in this table. Its interesting that per NFPA 13 2016 edition 17.3.3.5 protection of exposed expanded plastics is the same k25 ESFR and at the same design pressure.
