Hi matt, craig, matthew and jd
Thank you for your response it is much appreciated.
In regards to the product recall, it was mentioned that a cellophane or
paper bag and possibly tie wire potentially falling into the bulk product
and not being captured before packaging and transport may cause a product
recall. There is no way it will ruin the product.
In fact I mentioned to them that water discharge whether it be accidental
or from an incident will do more damage to plant and equipment.

The metal guards will need to be installed in several locations simply due
to protect from getting hit and having the heads in a pendant position may
minimise debris settling on the head.

I think as well, the client needs to accept that strict inspections will be
needed to take place to ensure heads are not clogged up with deposits of
raw sugar. I was out there only last Friday and the amount of equipment
that is covered is enormous.

For the white packaging store for heads under the process area we may look
at using flush heads simply to minimise sugar dust buildup. Saying this
though there looks to be a more stricter cleanup regime in this area so I'm
not too concerned.

I appreciate the feedback and if you have any more helpful suggestions
please advise

Kindest regards
Michael de Gabriele
