Life safety code nfpa 101 in 19.4.2 - 2018 allows for a 12 years since adoption of the code to install sprinkler im existing hospitals.
Does that mean that all existing hospital in the state that has adopted the 101 will have to comply and install sprinkler even if there is no renovations or any changes being done to the buildings?
