I have ran across an attic dry system that has standard heads spaced 11'-11" parallel and 10'-11" perpendicular to the truss. It is my understanding that the sprinkler heads cannot be spaced more than 10' apart perpendicular to the truss. This system was installed in 1994 and I do not have access to NFPA before 2002. Does anyone know of a code that would of allowed this spacing back then?
