Thank you all for the feedback. This information has been sent along to the
Building owner.
I had previously told the owner they need to get a mechanical engineer
involved. This is also a new problem I have not heard about as the sprinkler
system is not circulating as in a Tri-water system.
I passed on the concern about the sprinkler system piping starting to rust
if conditions inside do not change.
