2. Storage Sprinkler Design if possible (exhibit 20.1 nfpa 13 2019 ed )
3. Hazard classification  5' or less group A
4. table 4.3.1.7      2019 ed   Even Better

5. Ask for 10" underground maybe you will get 8" or 6"  at least not 4"
6. big riser room for future fire pump
7. Get a email paper trail
8. Accurate ---Water Flow Test---good data computer model
9. oil gas flammable liquid storage   OLD Oil   and fluids?
