Hi, I would like to expand the capabilites of spyders variable explorer.
I'm developing a python package for handling LCMS data (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liquid_chromatography %E2%80%93mass_spectrometry) At the moment I have appropriate datatypes and a pyqt based dialog for visualising them. It would be nice if instances of my LCMS datatypes would appear in the variable explorer and my visualisation dialog could be started by clicking on them. Is there a mechanism to achieve this ?
