Here are two answers from two different points of view: * from the developper point of view: The current design of the editor widget is not compatible with movable tabs (and that is not a GUI issue: movable tabs are for example already implemented for the "Console" plugin and there were implemented in Spyder v1's Editor). * from the user point of view: Yes, it will be nice to have this feature back!
