Thanks for quick reply. i have found "Commit" in File Explorer but not "Explore history log". There is another options instead, "Browse Repository" (which seems to do nothing at click) (using Spyder 2.1)
As u said "More advanced features may be added in the future, depending on users needs" I will suggest that git features e.g. add, diff, status etc maybe added and for result display "Terminal" can be used. Terminal maybe displayed in console along with other python interpreters Regards Adeel On Oct 18, 3:12 pm, Pierre Raybaut <[email protected]> wrote: > Spyder has already a (very basic) support for Mercurial and Git: > "Commit" and "Explore history log" actions in both file explorer and > project explorer plugins (right click on any folder being an hg or git > repository). > > More advanced features may be added in the future, depending on users > needs. > > Cheers, > Pierre > > On Oct 18, 3:32 pm, adeel <[email protected]> wrote: > > > Some other IDE's support Version Control Plug-in (git, svn etc). > > I want to ask that support of version control system is in the roadmap > > of Spyder or not? > > > Regards, > > Adeel > > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "spyder" group.
