Hi! I installed the enthought python distribution on Ubuntu 11.10. Now when I open a terminal and type "python" I get Enthought's version. So far, so good. When I launch Spyder however, I still get Ubuntu's version of python. I went to tools, PYTHONPATH Manager and chose the path were enthought python is installed, but it still doesn't work.
I posted a new thread because I don't have any error messages (unlike in the other threads).
