My working environment is a CentOS cluster that is shared by many many
users. I want to use spyder as my IDE and scripting tool, but I can
only install it on my home directory.

I am pretty sure that before I do so, I need to install pyQt or
pySide, and their dependent package too. And assume I need to inatll
Qt4 to my home directory as well. But I cannot find guides to do so
without root privilege (which I don't have.)

Any hints, tips, or links to guides that can help?

Thank you very much!
