Hi,
I would like to use Spyder in an environment that is deployed offline
using Conda-Pack <https://conda.github.io/conda-pack/>.
Conda-Pack makes it very easy to deploy an offline environment, but:
- The environment needs to be activated with the Scripts\activate.bat
script.
- Conda-Pack does not package the base environment. Therefore, there is
no conda executable available in the target environment.
When I try to launch Spyder, I receive the following error message in the
console window:
Spyder couldn't find conda or mamba in your system to activate the
kernel's environment. Please add the directory where the conda or mamba
executable is located to your PATH environment variable for it to be
detected.
Is it possible to configure Spyder to use the activate.bat script to
activate the environment instead of using conda?
I'm using Spyder 6.0.7.
