Hi, Without further info (Spyder version, OS, a way to reproduce the issue being experienced, etc) is quite difficult to give you any help. I would suggest you to give a check to the Troubleshooting Guide available ( Troubleshooting <https://docs.spyder-ide.org/current/troubleshooting/index.html>) and, if you keep experiencing erros, give a check to the specific section related with Submitting a Report <https://docs.spyder-ide.org/current/troubleshooting/submit-a-report.html#what-to-include-in-your-report>.
