I finally made it work , the problem was in the file pg_hba the place where it is written put your configuration here, I uncommented the two lines that include "trust" - this is not very safe - I know but i am working on a closed network, where no computer has a modem, so nobody can connect to the net from the network , even the computers do not have floppy drives.
