Your question does not make a lot of sense. Suggest you tell us exactly what you are doing. If I had to guess (and I do) I would guess that you do not understand how batch printing works. In order to use batch printing, you need to put something in the queue. If there is nothing in the queue then you will have nothing to print. For example goto a sales invoice and change the printer to queue and press print. Now you should see something in the queue.
