This is an html formatting error. Go to the Sales Invoice as you normally would and view source code of the frame. I'm willing to bet that the entire name, including the double quotes, is there. To fix this, the double quotes need to be encoded to the html equivalent before being output to the browser. This will only happen within an input field of type text.
