The scripts on that page only import parts, vendor info and customer info.
They don't handle actual transactions. 

This could be done using Sql-ledger API. There has been a few posts on this 
list about developing script that will handle this.

Maybe others on this list who already have scripts like this can give/sell 
them to you..... or can write some for you if needed. 
Of course having Dieter write them for you is an option too.
