Yes, I just installed Apache 2.0.3 as well.  I'm setting up a new server for 
this project -- which includes more than just the SQL-Ledger -- and decided 
to go with all the current versions of everything.  I really should know 
better...

Yes I'm using port 80 on the server.  I'm using virtual hosting to keep the 
document space separate from other web applications.

Dieter sent me a response pointing at the backsplash in the filename string 
as the probable culprit.  "taz\.conf" should really be "taz.conf".  I had 
just assumed it was sposed to be there...

I was hoping to dig into it tonight and figure out where that's coming from, 
but I'm instead fighting with my IMAP server.   Or maybe I'm just pretending 
I'm fighting with my IMAP server because I hate reading perl code...  *(`:
