when i enter customer names ... it seems the quoting method is \' versus
'' ala "Biblo\'s Deli" versus "Bilbo''s Deli"
is there a way of registering these problems in a bug tracking program of
any sort?
likely i could with sed/awk find them all. more importantly tag the code
so that the DBI uses a bind.
