Martin's rpm is not an official release. If it was, there would be a link to where to obtain the rpm package.
Pull down the tar.gz file and untar over top. While you are at it install the patch over top too. FYI, if the rpm or deb or whatever does not come from a distributor (Redhat, SuSe, Mandrake, ...) or from the SQL-Ledger site you are advised to proceed with caution when installing from an unknown source.
