[SL] Arabic translation

Hello again,   I'm working on the arabic translation, almost done, in the testing I see the Arabic text is not printed out correctly. The main reason is that the browser is not able to decide on the charset to use. Do you know where should I put the correct charset so that i could get a similar line in the headers:   <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1256">   this would tell the browser what to do...   there's another issue with the right-to-left thing but I guess I'll have to write custom modules for that... or does anyone have another idea?   thank you
