I successfully migrated my wife's Naturopathic Physician business over to sql-ledger and am happy with it. She does services (people visit her) and sells items (vitamins, herbs, etc.). Sql ledger works fine for this and for tracking her expenses. It took about 6 hours to migrate the data from quickbooks over (dumped quickbooks to a tab delimited file and used excel and vi to put it into the formate that Sql-ledger wanted then I just read it directly into the Sql-ledger tables, tweaked the sequential number and it worked). I am looking forward to when reconciliation and budgeting are added in.
