Hi there, Last time I reported this problem and was suggested to look at the permission settings. I double checked and I notice the following:
-Permission setting for users/ is apache:apache 775 Say I created a new user, david, then I will see a david.conf. But after a while, this .conf seems to disappear itself. But I can locate the info in the members file. I notice that immediately after I created a user, I see the .conf of the user and clicking the customer name in "Search Customer" does not generate the error. However, after logging out and back in, I seem to encounter the Can't locate users./.conf file error. Anyway idea what is going on?
