Last week I was forced to upgrade my Apache server for greater security, SSL
I have version sql-ledger 1.8.7. Immediately after logging in I get the following error message: PQconnectPoll() -- connect() failed: Connection refused Is the problem in sql-ledger or postgres or apache ?
