Hi Scott; I usually try to help out with the installation and environment problems, where I can be more helpful. I saw your problem but there is very little information to work with (entirely my fault of not being able to do more with it). What I can suggest is to look at the Apache log files and try to get some more detail of what is happening. I does though look like a fiel permission problem. On my server the logs are under /var/log/http.
If you can copy me some snippets from there I'll be gald to take a look.
