How do I repopulate a new version of PostgreSQL?
My old system had:
Red Hat 7.3
PostgreSQL 7.1
SL 1.8.7.
I backed up SL to floppy using the back up option. I did a complete new
install of my server and now have:
Red Hat 8
PostgreSQL 7.2.2
SL 1.8.7 (using setup.pl)
Do I need to follow "Prepare your SQL Server" in the instructions, or
will it be different if I have an SL back up?
Regards
Scott
