All, I've used Sybase's PowerDesigner DataArchitect for my Datamodeling. It is by far the most powerful Datamodeling program on the market. It allows you to reverse engineer datamodels. You can export a datamodel to tons of databases. You can change behaviour of columns, indexes etc etc. it's a little steep at 3000$ but well worth it's money.
