Have you got any illegal characters in your table names ? or in field names? I've found it is best to have no spaces, or puncuation marks at all in my field names or table names, even though strictly speaking it's possible.
I suggest you go through your access table and change table names such as This_Table to something like ThisTable and make sure there are no leading or trailing spaces on the name.
