I just did the same thing recently. You can create and save your DTS
package
on the server, and then you can call via a stored procedure in CF. Here's
the
SP code:

DECLARE @hr int

EXEC @hr = sp_OACreate 'DTS.Package', @object OUTPUT
if @hr <> 0

NAME HERE.dts', ''
IF @hr <> 0
BEGIN

IF @hr <> 0
BEGIN
print 'Execute failed'
RETURN
END
