The best way is ERwin. Just kidding.

If you're looking for structure and not the actual DDL, the easiest way
I've found to print out a database's structure, including relationships,
is to create a diagram through Enterprise Manager. Open the diagram and
right-click one of your tables. Choose Table View / Modify Custom. Select
Column Name, Condensed Type, Nullable, and Default Value as your custom
columns and click OK. Right-click the diagram background and choose
Select All, then click the Show button on the toolbar (it's the sheet of
paper icon next to the magnifying glass) and choose Custom. All of your
tables will now appear with the additional columns you selected.
Right-click the background again and choose View Page Breaks. Blue lines
will now appear to show you where the tables will print. Now you can
re-arrange the tables so they don't print in the middle of a page break.

If you want to print the DDL, be sure you have clicked in the results pane
of Query Analyzer before hitting Print. The Print command will print out
the active pane only.
Succumb to natural tendencies. Be hateful and boring.

What's the best method of printing out the table
structures(fieldname/datatype) of a database?
I've tried the print screen method but is there a better way?

Thank You,
