You can use:

SELECT Fname + ' ' + Lname AS FullName

Using single quotes instead of double quotes.  You may be able to use:

Where FullName = 'Dave Bosky'

But some db's won't like that because FullName isn't a real field, so
you may need to do:

WHERE Fname = 'Dave' AND Lname = 'Bosky'
