Looks like you'll need two recordsets to display your data:

One to get QoH based on style, size, and color:

select style,color,size,sum(qty_on_hand)as qty from item
group by style,color,size
order by style,color,size


And one to get QoH totals based on style and size:

select t.size,t.style, sum(t.qty) as total from (
select style,color,size,sum(qty_on_hand)as qty from item
group by style,color,size ) t
group by t.style,t.size
order by style,size

These are over-simplified, of course, as they don't include joins to master 
tables; nor are table and column names an exact match to your data...but you 
get the idea. :)
