Check out RedGate Bundle or ApexSQL bundles. They will do schema and data,
both have an API as well.

Subject: Copying an entire schema

I have been assigned to research the possibility of having a program,
application or script (or whatever) basically copy an entire schema; data,
triggers, primary keys, table names, the whole kit and kaboodle. The Oracle
SQL Developer does something like this, however you have to manually select
each table, then create the primay keys, then create the triggers, and so
on. I am looking to have this whole process automated. Something that
Selects all the tables at a specific schema and justs make a mirror copy of
it. Does anyone know where I can get something like this....buying software
to do this is also a possibility I'd be willing to do. Thanks for your time!
