wrong query.
How about this one:
SELECT BanID
FROM GuestbookBans
WHERE AuthorsIP IN
(SELECT AuthorsIP
FROM GuestbookBans
GROUP BY AuthorsIP
HAVING count(AuthorsIP) > 1)
