It's been a while since I did this, but I think you have to connect to
the old IP if you still can, open the project, then change the
database connection configuration to the new IP.  If you can no longer
connect to the old IP, there may be a way to manually edit the config
file outside of VS.  I'll see if I can find my notes from when I dealt
with this problem, but you might get an answer quicker from Microsoft
or the DEVNET forums.
