opening for a Sr. SQL Developer located in San Antonio, TX. This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from $85-95K, and our client is primarily looking for candidates local to the San Antonio area, although they will consider nonlocal candidates on a case-by-case basis.
Candidates will have a minimum of 6+ years (ideally 8+) working experience with SQL Database systems of Medium to Large complexity, where their primary role was design and development of T-SQL (queries/stored procedures/functions) in support of small, medium, and large complexity web based applications. This person should be seen as the source of excellence within their previous organizations. Required Experience: Extensive experience and deep knowledge around the creation and maintenance of triggers, indexes. Extensive experience performance tuning large databases for performance. Experience with SSIS. Must have worked on systems where they have coded against over 100GB databases, and be able to demonstrate experience with the types of issued that you encounter in a system of that size mainly around latency and optimization. Desired Experience: Experience with C# or VB.net (normally within SSIS) SSRS development / maintenance / administration.
